The median home price in Bend in July dropped slightly for the third straight month, but it increased year over year, according to a report released Tuesday.
Redmond recorded increases in the median price monthly and annually, according to The Beacon Report.
In Bend, the median price for a single-family home fell to $364,000 last month, about 1 percent lower than in June but about 10 percent higher than in July 2015, according to the report from the Beacon Appraisal Group in Redmond.
The median price equals the midpoint, with half the prices above it and half below.
Bend had 250 single-family home sales last month, 16 more than in June and two more than in July 2015.
In Redmond, the median price for a single-family home reached $262,000 in July, almost 8 percent higher than in June and 14 percent more than in July 2015.
Redmond recorded 81 home sales last month, 11 fewer than in June and six fewer than in July 2015.
