Owner: Paradigm Cascades LLC

General Contractor: LS Construction

Architect: Dustrud Architecture

Details: This five-story, 67-unit apartment building is located across Chandler Avenue from the planned expansion area for the Oregon State University-Cascades campus.

The 61,871-square-foot building will offer rents in the “mid-market” range, Paradigm partner Chris Looney previously told The Bulletin.

The building will be accessed from the cul-de-sac on Nancy Way. With studio and two-bedroom apartments, the building will have more than 64 tenants, but the developers say 66 parking spaces should be adequate for the number who are likely to own cars. They expect the building will attract OSU-Cascades students and that some of them will opt to live without cars.

The building is also meant to be bike-friendly, with free storage, a repair and maintenance station and wide doors.
